Janay Johnson, Owner, is determined to offer the best options for residential projects in the area. Born and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley, Janay grew up immersed in the world of homebuilding—her dad a general contractor and her mom a realtor. With design in her roots and a passion for helping clients bring their vision to life, Janay brings a personal, grounded perspective to every project, pairing expertise with heart to make the design process feel approachable, inspiring, and tailored to each individual home.
